Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days upon an order confirmation. Please allow us some time to process and pack your orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email with more information.

Thank you for understanding that we are a one-person small business :)

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are shipped from Perth, WA.

We ship with AusPost, via standard parcel post. We work hard and take care to package your items so that they arrive safely in their new homes – this is why we ship in boxes, not padded envelopes.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 across Australia. We currently offer international tracked shipping to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. If you would like to order from a country not listed, please contact us!

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mushieblobs Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages
We do everything we can to prevent damages within shipping, by packaging your items carefully with enough protection. Mushieblobs Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated correct address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Mushieblobs Studio will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Please please double-check your address!

International Shipping Policy
We currently offer international tracked shipping to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. If you would like to order from a country not listed, please contact us!

We do apologise for the high shipping rates, but please know that we do not profit from shipping costs. 


Returns Policy
We put in love and care into our products, and are unable to offer returns and refunds.

If for any reason your product is unexpectedly damaged, please contact us at with more information.

Please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged items


We will get back to you via email. Items will then need to be mailed back to us, and we will issue a confirmation once we have received your returned item/s.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In the unlikely situation where an item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
